Michael Murphy has been on the LivWell/Heartland Cares board multiple times, first starting in 2006. In total, Michael has dedicated about 17 years as a board member.

Michael is a Paducah native, a retired attorney, and former McCracken County Attorney. Michael served in the U. S. Air Force for four years as a C-130-E Navigator and instructor, 1972-76.

Michael and his wife, Brenda, have been married for 46 years and have 3 adult children.

Board Member

Dave Bundrick joined the LivWell board of directors in 2025. He is a local lawyer at Bundrick Law, PLLC, and has practiced in the Western Kentucky area since 2006. Dave is from Opelika, Alabama. He has a BA in English from Auburn University and a JD from the University of Kentucky. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Kentucky.

Dave and his wife, Shannon, live in Lone Oak with their cats, Indiana, Penny, Woodrow, and Auburn. In his spare time, Dave practices and teaches yoga, plays bass, scuba dives, and enjoys lawn care.
