Dr. ANITA FLEENOR-FORD
Physician & Medical Director
Dr. Anita Fleenor-Ford moved to Paducah and joined LivWell in 1998 as the Medical Director and practicing physician. She received a double major in biology and chemistry from Western Kentucky University and attended medical school at the University of Louisville. Dr. Fleenor-Ford completed an internal medicine residency and a subspecialty fellowship in infectious diseases in Chicago, IL. She is certified through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Dr. Fleenor-Ford is a partner at Infectious Diseases Associates PLLC, which shares office space within the LivWell Clinic in Paducah.
Dr. Carl LeBuhn
Physician
Dr. Carl LeBuhn attended the University of Iowa for medical school and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Iowa Hospital where he served as Chief Resident for Internal Medicine. LeBuhn also completed a subspecialty fellowship in infectious diseases at the University of Iowa Hospital and taught in the Division of General Medicine and Infectious Diseases for three years. He is certified through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Dr. LeBuhn is a partner at Infectious Diseases Associates PLLC.
Reagan Poe
Physician Assistant
Physician Assistant, Reagan Poe, completed her undergraduate studies at Morehead State before attending graduate school at the University of Kentucky. Reagan began her medical career as an x-ray technician, but has been a Physician Assistant for over 17 years. Reagan is certified through the American Academy of HIV Medicine as an HIV Specialist and brings the ability to provide our patients with a general primary care provider, giving them the most comprehensive care available.
