The LivWell Prevention & Outreach Center houses our Prevention Department, which offers HIV and STI testing. We also offer a variety of safe sex supplies and educational resources available for free to the community with no questions asked. The LivWell Prevention and Outreach Center is located at 1733 Broadway in Paducah, just a block from our main clinic.

LivWell’s Prevention Department is committed to ending the HIV epidemic by empowering the community through education and access. We are actively engaged in efforts to dismantle stigmas and misconceptions surrounding people living with HIV through inclusive outreach and advocacy.
