The LivWell Prevention & Outreach Center is home to our Prevention Department, where we provide confidential HIV and STI testing for the community. We also offer a wide range of free safer sex supplies and educational resources, available to anyone with no questions asked. The Prevention & Outreach Center is located at 1733 Broadway in Paducah, just one block from our main clinic.

LivWell’s Prevention Department is committed to helping end the HIV epidemic by expanding access to testing, prevention tools, and accurate information. Through community outreach, education, and advocacy, we work to reduce stigma, address misconceptions about HIV, and empower individuals to take charge of their health.
