LivWell Community Health Services is a nonprofit organization providing comprehensive healthcare, support services, education, and advocacy related to HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and viral hepatitis. We deliver quality medical care for people living with HIV and other STIs, along with supportive services designed to meet the needs of our clients.

LivWell also provides prevention education and testing for individuals, families, and the broader community. Through these efforts, we work to prevent new infections and reduce stigma by promoting awareness, acceptance, and equality.

Founded in 1996 as Heartland CARES, Inc., LivWell began as a client-managed consortium dedicated to developing a regional system of HIV services. Since then, we have expanded our programs and services to better meet the evolving needs of our community.

LivWell is committed to providing services to all individuals without discrimination, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or ability to pay.
