She is in charge of scheduling and rescheduling appointments, and ensuring that all patient records are current. Patients who feel anxious about their appointments can receive support from Nicole, ensuring they feel cared for and at ease.
During the doctor’s update of your chart, Andi is engaged in scheduling your next appointment and preparing your lab orders behind the scenes. In addition, she manages any referrals to connect you with the necessary specialists. Andi provides a friendly presence as she guides you to the lab technician for your lab work. Before you leave, she always makes sure everything is perfectly arranged.
Jill, our phlebotomist, is the final person you will meet during your visit. The process of blood draws is made quick and painless by Jill due to her exceptional accuracy and care. Her aim is to always provide patients with a sense of relaxation and information, by explaining every step. Thanks to Jill, our patients feel at ease and comfortable during their lab work.
Teresa is responsible for medical billing and coding. She ensures that all billing processes are in compliance with the latest regulations and standards with her extensive knowledge and expertise.
